Getting started

Whence runs on one piece of code, the 2-in-1 pixel: it records every visit to your store and sends your sales to your ad platforms from the server. The Set up your 2-in-1 pixel guide takes you there in four steps:

1. Install Whence (the only required step).
2. Connect your ad platforms: Whence finds the pixels already on your store.
3. Choose how consent works.
4. Send a test to each platform.

The guide opens by itself the first time you open Whence, and you can stop and come back at any time.
